For Kriti, hospitality isn't just a career path — it's a homecoming. Her approach to service is rooted in the storied legacy of her family estate, Sonbarsa, where she learned from a young age that true luxury isn't about grandiosity, but about the timeless art of making a guest feel truly seen and at home.
Before founding Luxury Retreats, Kriti spent 14 transformative years with the Oberoi Group. It was here, among the world's gold standards for service, that she polished her craft. This decade-plus journey taught her that while systems matter, it is the intuitive, human connection that defines a world-class stay.
